End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Lake Business Dashboard ("the Service"), an internal business management tool operated by Lake Appliance Repair ("we", "us", "our").
1. Eligibility and Authorized Use
The Service is provided exclusively for the use of authorized employees and contractors of Lake Appliance Repair and its affiliated entities. Access requires an explicit invitation from an administrator. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for legitimate business purposes related to your employment or contractual relationship with Lake Appliance Repair.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access data beyond your authorized scope
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Export, copy, or distribute Service data outside its intended business use without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security
4. Account and Access Management
Accounts are issued by invitation only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement, ending of employment, or business need.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, content, designs, and documentation, is owned by Lake Appliance Repair and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Intuit QuickBooks Online (financial data). Your use of those integrated services is subject to their respective terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAKE APPLIANCE REPAIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any data associated with your account may be retained or deleted at our discretion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
